What is coaching?
Coaching is a joint partnership to help you reach both your personal and professional goals. Together we discover and clarify what you want, remove obstacles and create a plan to get you there.
Why do I need a coach?
You may not “need” a coach. Hopefully you see the value and “want” a coach to support, guide, listen, encourage, nudge, challenge, praise and energize your to move forward. If you are determined and committed to living life on purpose, I can help you accelerate the process.
How does the coaching process work?
Coaching is done conveniently over the telephone, however, occasionally in person coaching can be arranged at my San Diego office. Calls are scheduled one to three times a month with each call lasting thirty to sixty minutes. We typically have a long-term objective and then determine a focus for each call depending on your needs. Assignments or action items are agreed upon in between calls to help you stay on focus. Periodically we will have a client progress meeting to ensure satisfaction.
How long is the coaching commitment?
It varies depending on your specific situation. I prefer clients commit to at least 4-6 sessions over three months. However, three sessions within three months or less is my minimum. I can give you a better estimate after your complimentary consultation.
Can I expect quick results?
Some clients are very motivated and commit the time and energy necessary for fast results. Others have more complex situations and due to other priorities prefer to move more slowly. It's your choice.
What is my investment?
Your costs are determined after your complimentary consultation where we discuss your expectations, level of desired support and complexity of your situation. However, each 30-60 minute telecoaching session can range from $95-$225.
Package prices: Clients that commit to 10 sessions or more in one year and pay 50% up front with the balance paid after the 5 th session, get the best rate available at that time.
Payment process
A credit card number is taken to schedule the first session. There after, your credit card is billed immediately after each session.
